Human evolution is a story of slow historical development punctuated by spasms of progress that suddenly spurt through the roof!
We experienced such a surge back in 1947, when we suddenly learned, apparently from nowhere, how to reduce what we had known as radio to sizes minute in comparison.
The transistor suddenly appeared without going through any evolutionary process.
At the same time, we developed processes, materials and components that suddenly went from the dream stage to actual reality.
Quite coincidently, rumours were rife that a spacecraft had crashed near Roswell, killing its crew of four with witnesses numbering hundreds, including Police, Military and Joe Public.

This spacecraft, if they that never lie are to be believed, was actually a weather balloon and the rest of humanity who believed otherwise, were suffering from mass hysteria and/or mental illness.
So we actually witnessed a spurt in growth 65 years ago.
This is just the latest in a history of giant steps of progress, all of which were accompanied by gods, flying machines and alien beings and have occurred at various times over thousands of years on Earth.
There is no record of their civilisation evolving slowly, one day they seem to have appeared and with them knowledge of our solar system that we are still trying to catch up to.

Uranus was discovered, with Galileo’s new invention, the telescope in,1781.
Neptune was spotted by astronomers, using advanced maths, in 1846.
And then it was realised that something was tugging at Neptune, an unknown gravitational pull, which led to the discovery of Pluto in 1930.
That took us to nine planets, 6,000 years after the Assyrians had told us of them and, until 2005, we were still searching for the tenth planet.
Then Dr Mike Brown of the California Institute of Technology announced the discovery of the tenth planet, “It’s definitely bigger than Pluto”.
One question, how did the Assyrians know of the existence of these planets 6,000 years ago?
At the same time, the ancient Egyptians arrived on the scene without warning and the Pharaohs ruled the country for a thousand years.
A spiritual society, they paid homage to the gods all around us.
And the wonders they built, the pyramids, exactly at the centre of the Earths landmass and visible from the moon. A navigational aid for the gods?
